This guide explains how the DWARF II album works, troubleshooting common issues, and tips to resolve them.
1. Album Features

Bursts & Panoramas:
- Displays the first image and the number of shots taken.
- Note: Burst and panorama images can only be previewed, not downloaded.

Astro Photos:
- Displays the target name, date, and time for astronomical photos.

Videos:
- Includes content from Video Mode and Time Lapse.

Downloadable Content:
- Photos, videos, time-lapse photography, and successfully stacked astronomical photos can be previewed and downloaded.
- Burst and panoramic images can only be previewed.
2. Common Display Issues
Cracked Image Display
- Causes:
- Astronomical photo stacking failed.
- Image file is too large to load properly.
Empty Picture Icon
- Cause:
- The image is still loading.
No Content in Album
Even if the SD card contains files, the album may appear empty. Try these steps:

Insert SD Card Before Powering On:
- The SD card is read during startup. Insert it before turning on DWARF II.
- If inserted after startup, restart the device.

Check App Permissions:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > DWARFLAB and ensure the app has proper permissions.

Disable WiFi Assistant (iPhone):
- Go to Settings > Cellular > WLAN Assist and turn it off.

Restore Network Settings (iPhone):
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Clear App Cache:
- Clear the cache in the DWARFLAB app and reboot DWARF II to reload the album.
3. Troubleshooting Download Issues
- If you cannot download photos, check your phone’s gallery permissions:
- DWARFLAB requires read and write permissions to save photos to your phone.
- Note: The app only accesses folders it creates and does not retrieve private data.
