When will my DWARF II be shipped? How long will it take for me to receive my DWARF II? Do I need to pay taxes to receive the DWARF II? This document will quickly inform you about all the shipping-related questions regarding the DWARF II.

3. Frequently Asked Questions:

3.1 Why haven't I received a tracking number yet?

The logistics company may not have processed your order yet (processing time of 3 working days), or there may be an issue with your shipping information. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about your order.

3.2 When will I receive my order? Why does my order tracking number always show that it has been waiting to be picked up by the courier?

For orders from some countries including the UK, Canada, and Australia, we will ship them from abroad. The tracking information will not be updated until the package arrives in the country of destination. Once the tracking information is updated, DWARF II will be delivered to your doorstep within a few days. It usually takes 10-15 working days to ship to most countries. Please be patient and pay attention to your tracking number. For orders from the US and most EU countries, the lead time is roughly 7 working days.

3.3 Do I need to pay taxes when I receive DWARF II?

In general, buyers do not need to go through customs clearance and pay taxes. 

Note: When the customs inspects the package, they may require you to pay taxes. Please handle the customs clearance procedures promptly when you receive the customs notification and notice us for further instructions.

3.4 What should I do if the contents of my package do not match my order? 

Please refer to the "What's in My Package Box" article (https://help.dwarflab.com/en-US/whats-in-my-package-box-203895). If your package contents do not match the article, please take photos of the following items and send them to [email protected]. Once we confirm the issue, we will send you the remaining products.

  1. All items in the package
  2. The condition of the box
  3. The label at the bottom of the packaging box, should show the version type and SN number.

3.5 What information do I need to provide to place an order except for what is listed on the shopping site?

Most European countries, the United States, Australia, and Canada do not require additional shipping information. 

Hong Kong: Shipping information in Chinese (name, phone number, address, zip code, mobile number) 

Taiwan: Shipping information in Chinese (name, phone number, address, zip code, mobile number), ID number. [Name, mobile number, and ID number must be consistent with customs information] 

Japan: Shipping information in Japanese (name, phone number, address, zip code, mobile number) 

South Korea: Shipping information in Korean (name, phone number, address, zip code, mobile number), personal customs clearance code starting with "P". [Name, mobile number, and customs clearance code must be consistent] 

Brazil: CPF code, declared value Chile: RUT code, declared value Peru: tax number, declared value 

India: ID card & passport code & import permit, declared value Indonesia: tax number, declared value 

If you are not in the above countries/regions and have not received a tracking number, please contact us promptly.
