Why is my DWARF II package different from the YouTuber's DWARF II package? With so many packages such as Classic, Deluxe, Christmas, and Early Bird, how should I choose the package that I need? What will be the contents of the package I will eventually receive?
This document will explain what packages are available on dwarflab.com, Kickstarter, and Indiegogo, what they contain, and how you should purchase them according to your needs.
1. DWARF II Product/Accessory Overview
- All package includes a 64GB Micro SD Card, the interface type is UHS-I, the transfer speed is 100MB/s, and the file format is exFAT.
- The ND filter is a solar filter with parameters of 1,000,000 and a size of 1.25 inches. It can reduce the intensity of sunlight to 1/1,000,000 of its original intensity. Using two ND filters when shooting the sun can prevent damage to the camera sensor.
- The UHC filter size is 1.25 inches. It can block out some harmful wavelengths of light while allowing useful light emitted by nebulae to pass through efficiently, which increases the contrast of nebulae and is suitable for use in areas with severe light pollution.
- A filter adapter can adapt to two 1.25-inch filters and it has a magnetic attraction to attach to the lens of the DWARF II.
- The battery capacity is 5600mAh, and it can be used for 3 hours at room temperature when it is fully charged. It takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to charge the DWARF II from 5% to 100% with an 18W fast charger. You can use the power bank outdoors while charging.
2. dwarflab.com Package Overview
Attention: DWARF II Luxury & Christmas orders will be shipped out separately into two packages.
In February, we found some issues with UHC filters and filter adapters, and we recalled the accessories and stopped production. We have screened out those problematic accessories, which caused a serious shortage of accessories for the Luxury orders planned to be shipped out in February. We don't want to postpone the shipment plan in February and want everyone to receive quality accessories, so we plan to send the DWARF II to you first, and then send the accessories so that you can receive DWARF II first.
This means that you will receive two emails about the tracking numbers, and because the orders' backend can only be filled with one tracking number, only the status of one package can be queried in the backend. Please keep these two emails, so that you can query the two packages through the two tracking numbers emails.

5. How to choose the package according to your own needs?
- If you like astrophotography and your area has serious light pollution, it is recommended that you purchase a package with a UHC filter.
- If you want to take pictures of the sun to watch the activities on it, we suggest you purchase a package with a pair of ND filters(One Pair has 2 ND filters).
- If you are a photography enthusiast or live in a place where the temperature is below 20 in winter, you'd better purchase a package with two batteries, so that you can lengthen your photography journey.
