How to Update DWARF IIUpdated 13 days ago

Note: The latest firmware version for DWARF II is V1.3.26.

You can check your firmware version in DWARFLAB App-Settings-Camera Settings-Firmware Version.

Follow the instructions below to select the update tutorial you need:

1. If your firmware version is V1.3.22 ~ 1.3.25, please click here to view the DWARF II Software update tutorial for both iOS and Android.

2. For updating with an iPhone, please click here to view the System Firmware update tutorial for firmware version lower than 1.3.22; 

    For updating with an Android phone, please click here to view the System Firmware update tutorial for firmware version lower than 1.3.22; 

    For updating with a computer, please click here to view the System Firmware update tutorial. 

Update Notice for firmware version Update

1). If the firmware version is V1.3.22 ~ 1.3.25, when the app prompts you to update, the page title for the update will be displayed as "DWARF Software". 

2). If the firmware version is lower than 1.3.22, when the app prompts you to update, the page title for the update will be displayed as "System Firmware". 

After completing the System Firmware update, your DWARF II version will be V1.3.22, then click here to continue with the DWARF Software update to reach version V1.3.26.

What is the difference between System Firmware and DWARF Software?

1. Updating the System Firmware requires downloading the firmware update file to the SD card before updating.

2. The firmware update file can be downloaded on both the phone app or a computer, and export the downloaded file to the SD card. 

While upgrading the DWARF Software can only be done through the phone app.

3. Upgrading the System Firmware can only be updated to version 1.3.22. After completing the System Firmware update, please continue with the DWARF Software update.
